Festive atmosphere and culinary experiences
This festive season, Metropole Hanoi continues to present refined French inspired culinary journeys, where each moment is designed to awaken joy, connection and the warm emotions of year end gatherings. Families and close friends can enjoy an ideal setting to create memorable holiday moments.

Christmas Market and tree lighting ceremony
For the first time, the Metropole Christmas Market will take place from November 28 to 30, offering a lively festive atmosphere with signature Metropole products, handcrafted gifts and decorative items. Guests can also enjoy sweet treats, eggnog cocktails, mulled wine and freshly grilled and charcuterie specialties served on site.

Metropole Hanoi officially launches the 2025 festive season with its annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony on November 28. Following tradition, the 15 meter Christmas tree at Le Balcon will be beautifully decorated, spreading optimism and the French art de vivre throughout the hotel.

Restaurant and bar celebrations
Throughout the festive season, special dining events will be held across the hotel’s venues including the contemporary French fine dining restaurant Le Beaulieu, Le Club Bar with its brasserie style menu afternoon tea and live jazz evenings, the fashionable restaurant bar and whisky lounge Angelina, and Spice Garden offering elevated Vietnamese cuisine.

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve
On December 24, four special Christmas dinners will be served, including a lavish buffet with live jazz performance at Le Club Bar and six course tasting menus at the other venues. On December 25, the hotel will offer a special Christmas lunch and a range of dinners, including an Asian inspired buffet at Spice Garden and all day festive a la carte dining at Angelina.

On December 31, a series of New Year’s Eve dinners and countdown celebrations will take place across multiple restaurants and bars. Highlights include the lively countdown party at Angelina and a late night poolside celebration at Bamboo Bar, promising unforgettable moments as guests welcome 2026.

New Year’s Day dining and seasonal gifts
On January 1, 2026, the culinary team will serve a special New Year’s Day lunch at Le Beaulieu, featuring an oyster and fresh seafood station and refined a la carte dishes such as pan seared côte de boeuf, lobster soup and smoked salmon.

Following a full renovation, L’Epicerie returns with an elegant French inspired gourmet shopping space, offering luxury gift hampers, premium roast turkey, a collection of artisanal croissants, festive pastries and Metropole branded chocolates. The delicatessen counter features imported caviar, handcrafted French cheeses, fine wines and champagnes, along with the signature Yule log cakes that have become a seasonal favorite.

Wellness and e shop experiences
Le Spa introduces exclusive festive treatments designed to restore balance and refresh the skin. The 75 minute Illuminating Facial Treatment includes six intensive steps to hydrate, brighten and improve skin texture. Guests also receive a complimentary 30 minute foot massage and a 15 percent discount on premium skincare products from Sothys and Anne Semonin.

Shoppers can explore the Metropole festive collection at home via the Metropole E Shop, featuring signature products from L’Epicerie and La Boutique. Metropole E Vouchers are also available, offering flexible gift options ranging from spa treatments and fine dining to luxury stays.
