Fusion Expands Its Presence in Vietnam in 2026

Fusion Group has announced two major milestones in its Southeast Asia expansion strategy with the launch of LÈGACY Hanoi A Fusion Original and Grand Royal Riverside Hue Fusion Collection.

Hanoi and Hue are among the most prominent destinations on the global tourism map and hold deep significance for Vietnam thanks to their historical landmarks and rich cultural heritage. The introduction of these two new properties reinforces Fusion’s long term commitment to the Vietnamese market.

LÈGACY Hanoi A Fusion Original

LÈGACY Hanoi A Fusion Original enjoys a prime location at the intersection of Doi Can and Lieu Giai streets, just a short walk from West Lake. The hotel features 220 guestrooms designed in a contemporary style that blends harmoniously with cultural elements reflecting the identity of the capital city. The overall design invites guests into an immersive journey through living art and architecture.

Throughout the property, from the reception area and lounge to the restaurant spaces, corridors and guestrooms, decorative motifs such as lotus flowers, cranes and symbolic images of Vietnamese landscapes are thoughtfully incorporated. Guestrooms are elegantly appointed with refined furnishings and offer views overlooking West Lake or some of Hanoi’s most vibrant streets.

In keeping with Fusion’s signature approach, the hotel offers a range of wellness focused services, including spa treatments in private therapy rooms designed with warm tones and calming herbal aromas, as well as onsen facilities and a fully equipped fitness area. The hotel’s dining venues are set to present a diverse culinary experience that highlights the essence of Hanoi cuisine alongside a broader selection of Vietnamese specialties.

Grand Royal Riverside Hue Fusion Collection

In Hue, Grand Royal Riverside Hue Fusion Collection offers a journey deeply rooted in history while delivering restorative wellness experiences in Vietnam’s former imperial capital. The hotel’s Indochine inspired architecture is expressed through its interior design and the use of natural wood materials, evoking traditional Vietnamese craftsmanship while maintaining the elegance and refinement associated with Hue’s royal legacy.

Located on Hung Vuong Street along the southern bank of the Perfume River, the hotel boasts sweeping views of Truong Tien Bridge, a cultural symbol of the city and a UNESCO recognized heritage landmark. Comprising two towers with a total of 161 guestrooms, the property is envisioned as a new riverside icon that blends historical depth with contemporary elements characteristic of the Fusion brand. Upon opening, the hotel will offer a full range of amenities, including multiple dining options, spa and wellness facilities, fitness services and conference spaces accommodating up to 250 guests.

Strengthening Fusion’s Presence in Vietnam

Commenting on these strategic developments, Christopher Hur, Chief Executive Officer of Fusion Group, shared that Vietnam remains at the heart of Fusion’s journey. He noted that the addition of new hotels in Hanoi and Hue reflects the group’s strong commitment to delivering meaningful experiences that connect both domestic and international travelers with Vietnam’s culture and natural beauty. He also emphasized that these projects demonstrate Fusion’s ongoing ambition to strengthen its position in the wellness focused hospitality segment through continuous innovation and thoughtful design.

Currently operating 18 hotels and resorts across Vietnam and Thailand, Fusion is steadily progressing toward its goal of reaching 50 properties throughout the Asia Pacific region by 2028.
