International cruise ship Seven Seas Explorer brings seven hundred visitors to Khanh Hoa

Khanh Hoa welcomed the arrival of the international cruise ship Seven Seas Explorer at Cam Ranh International Port on 3 December. The ship carries seven hundred guests on its journey across Asia. This visit marks another positive signal for the province as cruise tourism continues to regain momentum.

The Seven Seas Explorer arrived at Cam Ranh International Port in the morning where guests were greeted and transferred to a full day program curated by Tan Hong Trading and Services Company. The itinerary included cultural and historical landmarks such as Po Nagar Cham Towers, Nha Trang Railway Station, Tu Van Pagoda and Hoa Tan Pagoda. Guests also visited local markets including Dam Market and Tan Xuong Market to observe daily life and interact with local communities.

Nature excursions were arranged for travelers who wished to explore Ninh Thuan through a guided visit to Nui Chua National Park. Several agricultural models were also introduced including garlic and onion farms and local vineyards that highlight the distinctive characteristics of the region.

According to the Khanh Hoa Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the province has welcomed twenty three international cruise calls since the beginning of 2025 with more than twenty four thousand visitors coming ashore. Based on registered schedules from cruise operators, Khanh Hoa expects to welcome eight more ships by the end of December with an estimated six thousand guests.

These numbers reflect a strong recovery and a positive upward trend for cruise tourism in the province. The continued growth of this segment plays an important role in the overall performance of Khanh Hoa tourism in 2025 and reinforces the province position as an appealing destination for international travelers.
