Four Seasons Hotel Hanoi: The Upcoming Six-Star Landmark by Hoan Kiem Lake

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has chosen Hanoi as the next destination for its second property in Vietnam. In partnership with BRG Group, the upcoming Four Seasons Hotel Hanoi will become the capital’s only six-star hotel upon completion. Located in the heart of Hanoi’s historic district by Hoan Kiem Lake, the property is expected to redefine luxury hospitality in the city with its exceptional design and world-class service.

Driven by the growing number of visitors to Hanoi and the city’s rich cultural and historical appeal, the new Four Seasons Hotel will be an important addition to the capital’s luxury accommodation landscape. Its prime location offers direct access to the Old Quarter and the French Quarter, along with panoramic views of Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel’s surroundings feature key cultural landmarks, fine dining restaurants, high-end boutiques, and art galleries that capture the essence of Hanoi’s elegance.

The development of Four Seasons Hotel Hanoi marks a strategic step in the brand’s expansion across the Asia-Pacific region. In Vietnam, Four Seasons currently operates only one property, the renowned Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai in Hoi An. The Hanoi project continues the brand’s legacy of sophistication, expressed through its design by WATG Singapore, one of the world’s leading architectural firms, in collaboration with IBSTAC Architects & Planners, a top ten architecture company in Asia recognized by BCI Asia.

The architectural concept draws inspiration from the refined elegance of French classicism while embracing contemporary design sensibilities. The building’s façade features grand columns, graceful arches, and private balconies overlooking Hoan Kiem Lake. Inside, the interiors are designed to reflect understated luxury and timeless charm. The hotel will offer 95 guest rooms and suites along with a curated collection of facilities, including a rooftop bar, open-air terraces and tropical gardens, a luxury spa, fitness center, swimming pool, and versatile spaces for meetings and events.

Wimberly Interiors, an international leader in hospitality design, will curate the property’s dining experiences. Guests can look forward to sophisticated restaurants, lounges, and a rooftop bar offering all-day service and elevated views of the city.

Set to open in 2026, Four Seasons Hotel Hanoi will become the city’s most prestigious address for discerning travelers, global elites, and diplomats. Beyond offering unparalleled comfort, the hotel is poised to strengthen Vietnam’s position as a rising destination for luxury tourism in Asia.
